Jan Ray founded the perezes Architects after a 4-year tutelage under TVA&P Inc managing upscale high rise hospitality and commercial projects.

He is a Degree holder in Architecture at the University of San Carlos, Cebu, Philippines and received professional license as an Architect on 2010. He is an active member of the United Architect's of the Philippines under the Sugbo chapter.
